Job Summary:

• The M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring project activities and evaluating their effectiveness. This role includes data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools.


• Monitor project progress through regular field visits and data collection.


• Analyze data to assess the impact of project activities.


• Prepare M&E reports and support program staff in using data for improvement.


• Provide capacity-building support to staff on M&E practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, development studies, or related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.


• Strong analytical and data management skills.


• Proficiency in M&E software (e.g., SPSS, Stata) is an asset.
