Job Summary:

• The Community Mobilizers will engage communities to support the implementation of YPHO’s programs, ensuring active participation and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with community leaders and members to promote program activities.


• Conduct awareness campaigns and organize community meetings.


• Facilitate the participation of communities in project design and implementation.


• Collect feedback from community members to inform project improvements.


• Work closely with program staff to ensure activities are culturally appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in community mobilization.


• Strong communication and facilitation skills.


• Fluency in local languages is an asset.
