Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, pinpointing target markets and growth opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials—brochures, presentations, case studies, and online content—that effectively convey Mikul Health’s value proposition.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify potential clients in healthcare, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate wellness programs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators and healthcare providers.
- Market Insights: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, refining strategies to maintain Mikul Health’s competitive edge.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and report on lead conversion rates and ROI to inform strategic decision-making.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet client acquisition targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of healthcare marketing experience with a robust network of industry contacts.
- Proven success in client acquisition and business growth within healthcare. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, data analytics and eager to learn new technologies.
