Job Description

• Design and develop completion programs that align with well objectives, geological characteristics, and production targets.


• Optimize completions for various well types, including multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, open hole, cased hole, and horizontal wells.


• Monitor real-time Well data and adjust completion parameters as necessary.


• Supervise Well completion operations and provide technical support during the execution phase.


• Track and control costs associated with well completion operations, ensuring they align with the budget.


• Work closely with drilling, reservoir, production, and geology teams to ensure completion designs are optimized for overall well performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in well completions, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the upstream oil and gas industry.


• In-depth understanding of well completions techniques such as multi-stage fracking, sand control, and wellbore integrity.


• Proficient in well completion software and data analysis tools (e.g., Wellview, Completion Manager).


• Strong knowledge of well completions design, well performance analysis, and production optimization.


• Proven experience working in challenging environments, particularly in the Niger Delta region.
