Job Description

• Supervise the daily operations of IT services, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues are promptly resolved.


• Oversee the management, storage, and accessibility of company data, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Providing effective technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.


• Manage IT incidents and service outages, coordinating rapid response efforts to minimize downtime and restore services.


• Oversee the maintenance of updates of IT hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are up to date and operating optimally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Possession of a Masters degree will be an added advantage.


• Relevant professional certification (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, etc.) is required.


• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 3 years in a supervisory level.


• Strong knowledge of IT operations, including network management, system administration, and IT service management.


• Experience in managing information systems, including data governance, data protection, and compliance with regulatory standards.


• Experience in managing IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and process improvements.
