We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical skills.
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for monthly accounts production as well as financial analysis and budgeting, accurate and timely reporting, and collaborating closely with the small finance team as well as the wider business.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Monitor and analyze budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
Develop financial models and forecasts, providing insights into future financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making processes
Evaluate and suggest cost reduction strategies to drive operational efficiencies
Conduct profitability analysis, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
First Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
Extensive experience in management accounting or related roles of not less than four to five years.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficient in financial modelling and analysis techniques
Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software
Excellent analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
