Responsibilities

• Analyse and assess issues to make a decision.


• Build relations for guest confidence.


• Carry outsustainable operations using green initiatives.


• Coach team members to ensure a high level of service standard.


• Grow and motivate team members through capability development.


• Improve workplace relations and diversity.


• Lead team to work on plans for operations.


• Manage adiverse service setting.


• Manage operations for service excellence.


• Manage guests’ concernsand feedback.


• Observe workplace safety and security.


• Oversee Lounge floor services.


• Review customer reaction and feedback to service given to implement and action a plan for addressing any concerns.


• Oversee Lounge & draft weekly reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.SC in Business Administration, Hospitality or any related field


• 2- 4 years of relevant experience in a senior position in the hospitality field.


• Experience in providing high end quality in customer service to clients.


• Catering experience (4 or 5 * Hotel or similar environment).


• Proven supervisory / team management experience.
