Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure that our FMCG company adheres to internal policies and external regulations. The role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, training staff on regulatory requirements, and managing responses to legal changes. The Compliance Manager will work closely with various departments to mitigate risks and maintain adherence to industry standards, labor laws, health and safety guidelines, and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement core regulatory compliance strategies.
- Ensure products comply with federal, state, and regional regulations.
- Monitor regulatory testing and complete submissions.
- Provide advice on regulatory compliance to maintain quality standards.
- Educate staff and foster high compliance levels across all divisions.
- Investigate and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Keep the company updated on changing regulations affecting the food industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Professional certifications (ICAN, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) required.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, compliance, and risk standards.
- Familiarity with QSR/Food Industry regulations.
