Responsibilities



  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder items as necessary to prevent shortages.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize stock discrepancies.

  • Manage the packing and delivery of customer orders, ensuring that all items are correctly packed.

  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure that goods are delivered on time.

  • Ensure the store is well-organized and maintained according to safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders and deliveries.

  • Generate reports on inventory, stock levels, and any issues that arise.


Requirements



  • Minimum of one year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of stock management principles and practices.

  • Physically able to manage the lifting and moving of stock as necessary.
