Responsibilities



  • Lead and provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process

  • Pre-sales activities including customer presentations, pricing, and commercialization of products/solutions.

  • Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution

  • Deliver training on solutions to partners and internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and white papers required in sales.

  • Manage the commercialization, and sales enablement.

  • Support Sales teams with technical expertise in pre and post-sales activities

  • Be the customer enablement champion within the processing organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

  • Provide strategic advice to customers and Product teams regarding the design, capabilities, and implementation of Issuing and Acquiring products.

  • Creation of profitable partnerships with Switches, Schemes, and other Acquirers.


Requirements



  • Min. of 5years

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector

  • Well grounded in card Switching (Issuing and Acquiring).

  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Business Development.
