Lead and provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process
Pre-sales activities including customer presentations, pricing, and commercialization of products/solutions.
Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution
Deliver training on solutions to partners and internal and external stakeholders
Prepare proposals, presentations, and white papers required in sales.
Manage the commercialization, and sales enablement.
Support Sales teams with technical expertise in pre and post-sales activities
Be the customer enablement champion within the processing organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Provide strategic advice to customers and Product teams regarding the design, capabilities, and implementation of Issuing and Acquiring products.
Creation of profitable partnerships with Switches, Schemes, and other Acquirers.
Requirements
Min. of 5years
Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector
Well grounded in card Switching (Issuing and Acquiring).
