Job Overview



  • The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives and strategies to drive business growth within industries such as Cement, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Oil & Gas, and FMCG.

  • The role involves managing B2B sales relationships, promoting heavy machinery (generators, compressors, pumps), and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Manage corporate B2B relationships in relevant industries.

  • Lead the sales process from planning to closing deals.

  • Analyze market trends and recommend product enhancements.

  • Oversee a team, providing coaching and leadership.


Qualifications



  • Minimum 6 years of B2B sales and relationship management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering background is an advantage).

  • Experience selling machinery or industrial products.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

  • MBA is a plus.

  • Salary: N450,000 Monthly. (Net).
