Requirements



  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any relevant discipline

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues

  • Reservation management

  • Revenue optimization

  • Distribution channel management

  • Forecasting and analysis

  • Team leadership

  • 3-5 Years Sales & Marketing experience with at least 2years as a Reservationist and minimum of 3years experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Hospitality Industry.
