Key Responsibilities



  • Answering questions about the company by phone or email

  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies

  • Receievingvisitors at the reception area

  • Scheduling meetings and taking notes

  • Updating computer records

  • Maintaining office correspondences

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Printing and photocopying paperwork

  • Overseeing daily office tasks

  • Interfacing with government egencies (LAWMA, NEPA ) to ensure complaince

  • Interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operation

  • Perform everyother administrative tasks as asigned


Key Requirrements



  • Candidate should have at least 2 yrs experience in a similar role

  • Should reside in Ogba and it's environs

  • Must have good knowledge of microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Good communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Customer service skills.
