Job Summary

• We're seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Server to join our restaurant team.


• As a Waiter/Server, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless dining experiences, and contribute to our restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers, taking orders and delivering food and beverages.


• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and answer questions.


• Manage tables, ensuring prompt and attentive service.


• Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE in any relevant field with 2-3 years work experience.


• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant.


• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
