Job Summary

• We're seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our restaurant team. As a Cashier, you'll provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.


• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and speed.


• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.


• Provide customers with menus, promotions, and loyalty program information.


• Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.


• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.


• Process take-out and delivery orders.


• Manage cash handling, including counting change and balancing till.


• Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE / OND.


• 2 - 3 years experience as a cashier or in a related role.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.


• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.

Desirable Qualities:

• Previous experience in the food service industry.


• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
