Job Summary:


We are seeking for someone who will  support to ensure efficient operation of the office and oversee clerical tasks.


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring common areas are tidy and stocked.

  • Supporting various teams with tasks as needed, including copying, scanning, and binding documents.

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and activities and reporting any maintenance issues.

  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma (SSCE), OND.

  •  Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  •  Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and educational activities.

  • Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in understanding and conveying detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing.

  • Skilled in multitasking and setting priorities.
