Job Summary:
We are seeking for someone who will support to ensure efficient operation of the office and oversee clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring common areas are tidy and stocked.
- Supporting various teams with tasks as needed, including copying, scanning, and binding documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and activities and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (SSCE), OND.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
- Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in understanding and conveying detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in multitasking and setting priorities.
