Job Description:

WDCL is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for both internal positions and client projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and strong networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.


• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills.


• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.


• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.


• Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand staffing needs.


• Manage recruitment events and job fairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in recruitment.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
