Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off Specialist to join our team.


• This role is key in ensuring smooth customer experiences by managing vehicle transportation and overseeing repair processes.


• The specialist will handle vehicle pickup and drop-off at customer locations, and monitor the work done by consultants in our workshop or at the customer’s address, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate professionally with customers to schedule vehicle pickups and drop-offs.


• Ensure timely collection and delivery of customers' vehicles to and from their location.


• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions regarding the process.

Vehicle Handling:

• Safely transport customers' vehicles to the workshop or designated service location.


• Perform pre-pickup and post-drop-off vehicle inspections to document any damages or issues.


• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while handling customer vehicles.

Workshop Supervision:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer vehicles during repairs and servicing.


• Monitor and supervise the work of consultants and technicians, ensuring that all repairs meet company standards.


• Coordinate with service consultants to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles.

On-Site Supervision:

• Oversee repairs conducted at customer locations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and correctly.


• Ensure all tools, parts, and equipment are available for consultants when working off-site.


• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times, both in the workshop and on-site.

Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickup, drop-off, and service activities.


• Ensure all service documentation is completed and provided to customers promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Reside around Ikeja


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repairs.


• Ability to handle customer vehicles with care and responsibility.


• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Experience in the automotive industry or a similar role is a plus.
