Key Responsibilities



  • Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.

  • Present, promote, and sell real estate solutions to existing and prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and company products.

  • Prepare reports and submit them to management on a regular basis.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.


Requirements and Skills



  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.

  • Strong resilience and determination to succeed in sales.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the real estate market.

  • IT skills (basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office).

  • Strong numerical skills for pricing and closing deals.

  • Must reside in Abuja.
