As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
A passion for the film industry and a keen interest in sales and marketing are essential.
Our ideal candidate must also have at least one year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients to schedule screenings, meetings, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or in a related field;
1-year proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles;
Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
Must reside in Lagos;
Must have completed NYSC.
