Job Description



Responsibilities:



  1. Develop and execute market development and sales strategies for the company's air conditioning products to achieve sales targets.

  2. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, identify customer needs, and provide professional solutions.

  3. Conduct regular market research, collect market information, and analyze market trends and competitors.

  4. Follow up on after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints and suggestions.

  5. Assist the sales team in formulating sales strategies and plans to improve sales performance.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the air conditioning industry, preferably with customer data base to buy AC.

  • Excellent market development skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience under pressure.

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

  • Strong desire to learn more, grow & earn money.
