Job Description

• As our HR Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our business growth, connecting organizations with our cutting-edge HR solutions. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.


• Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling proposals.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Stay ahead of HR trends and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR consulting or professional services.


• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Solid understanding of HR practices and challenges.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or any related field.


• ACIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
