  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin and Finance Officer to manage our administrative and financial tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, (Master's or ACCA/ICAN/CPA preferred)

  • Experience: 5+ years in finance and administration ( 3+ years in senior leadership)


Skills:



  • Financial management (budgeting, reporting, bookkeeping).

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Excel).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily financial transactions and compliance.

  • Manage office operations and administrative support.

  • Administer payroll and track budgets.

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations.

  • Handle procurement and vendor relationships.
