Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a high level of personalized service.


• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products, features, and benefits to recommend solutions based on customer needs.


• Drive sales by engaging customers and upselling additional products.


• Process customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.


• Assist in maintaining store displays and inventory management.


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.


• Keep track of sales targets and work to achieve individual and team goals.


• Stay updated on new products, sales promotions, and brand initiatives.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc


• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passionate about customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor.


• Strong selling and negotiation skills.


• High level of professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.


• Basic knowledge of retail software systems or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
