Job Description
An Ambitious and energetic business development manager that will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives across all our businesses. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to set goals, develop plan for business and revenue growth, researching, planning and implementinng new target market initiatives.
Main Duties
- Develop growth strategies that focuses on both financial gain and customers satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business oportunities at B2B/B2C channels by promoting product range to new & existing client.
- Responsible for business result & ability to meet sales KPI.
- Brainstorming and making professional decision to create new project and strategies.
- Synthesize weekly , monthly & quarterly reports on business progress and development.
- Motivate team members to exceed goals and develop ways to improve and build brand loyalty.
- Other responsibilities as would be required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
