Job Responsibilities:


Project Management:



  • Lead and manage highway and transportation infrastructure projects.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Prepare project status reports and conduct project review meetings with clients and senior management.


Technical Leadership:



  • Provide technical expertise in the design, engineering, and construction of highway and transportation projects.

  • Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.

  • Ensure that projects meet quality and safety standards, with a focus on sustainability.


Business Development:



  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.

  • Lead the preparation of high-quality technical and financial proposals for infrastructure projects.

  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify strategic partnerships.

  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities for the firm’s services.


Financial Management:



  • Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maximize profitability.

  • Assist in contract negotiations and management of project contracts.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing highway and transportation infrastructure projects.

  • Experience in business development, with a proven track record in preparing winning technical and financial proposals.

  • Familiarity with relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of local and international design standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure projects.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships and foster business development.

  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
