Ensure access to the Intelligence Division is restricted.
Manage supplies stock and notify the Manager on replenishment.
Organize filing system for important and confidential documents.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and Paid Time Off (PTO) requests.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
Publish and remove job ads.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Develop training and onboarding material.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
Carryout other HR/Admin related functions as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
Possession of a Minimum of HND/B.Sc., preferably in Administration and Personnel Management. Applicants with higher qualifications and from other fields are encouraged to apply.
Nigerian Citizen (Dual Nigerian citizens also eligible).
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to move to the Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Able to complete security and medical evaluations.
