Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Product Designer who excels at creating successful and innovative user experiences. You will lead user research, conceptualize creative solutions, and design detailed, intuitive interfaces to enhance our product for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, interviews, and surveys, translating insights into UX designs.


• Design sitemaps, user-flows, wireframes, and prototypes optimized for mobile and desktop interfaces.


• Explore creative, detail-oriented design avenues to ensure best-in-class user experience.


• Iterate based on user feedback, continuously improving designs.

Requirements

• Passion for designing impactful experiences in the African transport and logistics space.


• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional user experience design.


• Expertise in mobile-first, responsive design, and UX best practices.


• Skilled in design tools like Figma, Zeplin.


• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
