Description 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and leasing residential and commercial properties. You will act as the key point of contact for property owners and potential tenants, ensuring that leasing processes are smooth and efficient.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in real estate or a related field.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


• Excellent customer service skills and a client-oriented approach.


• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using real estate platforms.


• A self-starter with a proactive attitude. Must be skilled in capturing high-quality photos and videos for property listings and promotional content.
