Responsible for site technology, HSE, quality, and construction management under the leadership of the project construction manager;
Participate in the design disclosure and drawing review;
Responsible for the preparation of construction management and technical documents;
Solve the technology and quality problems;
Responsible for preparing the material/manpower/consumable/tools/equipment plan and organizing the site construction activities;
Communication with design and procurement and adjust the construction plan accordingly;
Supervise and guide the construction team site construction activities;
Participate in project planning and scheduling, providing input on piping-related activities and timelines.
Responsible for organizing site inspection activities;
Coordinate with other disciplines (such as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
Apply for design change according to the actual situation on site;
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
Participate/organize daily/weekly/monthly technical/progress meetings with the construction team;
Complete other work assigned by the construction manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Piping Technology;
6-8 years of experience in oil and gas, including more than 5 years of international project experience may be an added advantage
Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, and API standards
Familiarity with construction practices and site supervision to ensure proper installation and quality control of piping systems.
Familiar with the manpower/material/consumable/equipment/tools required for piping construction, with good organizational ability, able to efficiently organize the power/material/consumable/equipment/tools resources on site.
