Responsibilities



  • Prepare quantity requirements to ensure accurate material and resource estimates.

  • Evaluate maintenance and material costs too secure the most favorable terms and cost efficiencies.

  • Coordinate and liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

  • Develop and prepare detailed reports, contracts, budgets, alongside other essential project documentation.

  • Advise managers and clients on project improvements and innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

  • Document and track any design changes, updating budgets and timelines as necessary.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.


Requirements & Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects

  • HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NIQS, RICS) are a plus

  • Proficient in developing accurate bills of quantities (BOQ)

  • Good analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Proficient Excel, project management software and tools

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Attention to detail in project documentation and reporting
