Job Overview:



  • As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' products and services.

  • You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

  • This is a leadership role that requires experience in managing a team and delivering high-performance campaigns.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including specialists in SEO, PPC, content, and social media.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across all channels including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance, track key performance metrics (KPI), and provide detailed reporting to clients.

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the agency stays ahead of the competition.

  • Collaborate with other departments (such as design, web development, and sales) to create cohesive marketing strategies.

  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.

  • Manage budgets and forecast results for campaigns and the digital team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their marketing needs are being met.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or a similar senior marketing role in a digital agency or marketing firm.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.

  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and deliver under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent client management skills.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
