As our Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer-focused approach.The Front Desk/Customer Service Representative will provide a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about the company’s products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, checking in and out guests, and processing payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Handle reservations, including booking appointments, cancellations, and modifications.
Manage the reservation system and ensure accuracy of information.
Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Monitor the security of the premises and report any suspicious activity.
Qualifications
B.Sc / HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
