Develop Communication Strategy: Collaborate to produce and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for PAT
Create and Manage Content: Draft, edit, and produce high-quality written and visual content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, reports, social media, and the PAT website. Oversee the PAT’s presence on social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Media Relations and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets. Organize press briefings, media tours, and interviews with key PAT stakeholders. Maintain active communication with PAT stakeholders, regulatory officials, CSR partners, Vendors, and the general public.
Manage Events and Activities: Provide relevant and timely support on events, workshops, site visits, and other public activities, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after events.
Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare reports on communication activities (to include daily media reporting), social and traditional media engagement, and newsletter publication. Coordinate with PAT stakeholders to align communication efforts.
Provide communication support to joint initiatives and collaborations
Any other task as assigned by the departmental head.
Requirements
3-4 years’ experience as a Communications or Public Relations Executive preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management (or equivalent experience).
