Job Responsibilities
- The Office Computer Operator will provide administrative and clerical support to the office executives.
Other tasks among others that will be assigned include:
- Maintaining a clean office space
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Drafting and sending emails
- Report writing and vetting of documents
- Prepare proposals and PowerPoint presentations for executives.
Requirements
- A minimum of OND / HND / Degree
- Minimum of 2-3years working experience as a computer operator
- Must be internet savvy
- Must be proficient in all the Microsoft Office tools and graphics (Strong use of Ms. Excel and PowerPoint presentations will be a huge advantage)
- Must be able to manage and run the front office as well as operate the computers
- Must be smart and mature with sound communication skills
- All applicants must live in or around Lagos Island, Ajah, and Obalende axis.
