  • Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on business development, financial literacy, good agricultural practices, and technical skills in processing and post-harvest management.

  • Coordinate with external facilitators, training institutions, and industry experts to ensure comprehensive and high-quality training delivery.

  • Support the development of practical, hands-on training modules and facilitate field demonstrations and site visits.

  • Implement strategies to enhance participants' skills and competencies in agribusiness, entrepreneurship, and market access.

  • Develop and implement vocational and professional certification pathways in collaboration with government and private sector partners.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to emerging needs.

  • Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.

  • Provide mentorship and support to trainees, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.

  • Continuously review and update training content and methodologies to align with industry standards and emerging trends in agribusiness and value chain development.

  • Incorporate participant feedback and lessons learned to refine and improve training programs.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and participatory training methodologies.

  • Experience working with diverse groups, including youth and women, in rural settings.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in training needs assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
