We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead the strategic growth and development of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will be a business maven, filled with fresh, new-age concepts, capable of taking our brand to new heights while driving revenue and maximizing the hotel's full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand presence and market positioning
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth
Innovate and introduce new concepts that align with current hospitality trends to enhance guest experiences and differentiate the hotel from competitors
Maximize the hotel’s space and resources by developing programs, events, and initiatives that attract diverse clientele and increase bookings
Lead and manage the business development team, setting goals, performance standards, and targets
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand initiatives
Prepare and present business development reports to the management team, tracking progress, KPIs, and financial performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the hospitality industry, particularly within hotels
Strong business acumen with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Proven experience in brand development, creating and implementing innovative concepts
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
Results-driven, with a focus on maximizing revenue and hotel potential.
