Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our event decoration and rental company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory tracking, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of inventory.
- Coordinate inventory receiving, inspecting, and stocking.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of rentals.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
- Implement inventory management software and systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inventory management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and work in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
