Job Description



We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our event decoration and rental company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory tracking, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and provide excellent customer service.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of inventory.

  • Coordinate inventory receiving, inspecting, and stocking.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items.

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of rentals.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices.

  • Implement inventory management software and systems.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of inventory management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lift and work in a warehouse environment.

  • Proficient in inventory management software 

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Male preferably
