Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Business or any related field
Certificate programs in real estate or property management
4 – 5 years experience in similar role
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management to ensure the property's profitability.
Ability to handle legal aspects of lease agreements, evictions, and compliance issues.
Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues, tenant concerns, and other challenges.
Leadership skills to oversee property management teams or coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Adherence to ethical standards in all dealings with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
