Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost plans.


• Conduct cost analysis for projects, including materials and labor.


• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure financial control and profitability.


• Perform risk analysis on projects to minimize potential costs.


• Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate or construction.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.


• Strong understanding of financial management and project costing.


• Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.


• Must be resident in Abuja
