Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion.


• Design, plan, and implement building and infrastructure solutions.


• Conduct site inspections and ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations.


• Prepare engineering reports, plans, and budgets.


• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.


• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in real estate or construction.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.


• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.


• Coren certification is a Plus


• Must be resident in Abuja
