Role Description

• Sourcing of potential candidates for operational roles.


• Conduct assessment and screening of operatives .


• Manage the recruitment process of operatives, including interviews and onboarding.


• Ensure accurate employment documentation of all operatives


• Actively participate in the onboarding process of operatives.


• Ensure that the right operatives are deployed to the right location at all times


• Assists in monitoring and management of deployment portals.


• Assist the training coordinator to ensure smooth training process for all operatives


• Provides support and guidance to operatives.


• Carry out any other duties within the scope of the position, related as assigned by the Human Resources Manager Lead and Executive Management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in sourcing and hiring processes of operational employees


• Strong knowledge of documentation and filling process


• Good communication skill


• Attention to details


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• Certification in HR management is a plus
