Job Description



Responsibilties




  • Quality Management:



    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

    • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.

    • Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of non-conformities.

    • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.

    • Coordinate external audits and certifications.




  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):



    • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    • Conduct HSE risk assessments and hazard identification.

    • Develop and implement emergency response plans.

    • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

    • Provide HSE training and education to employees.

    • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.




  • Compliance:



    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    • Conduct compliance audits and reviews.

    • Develop and maintain a compliance calendar.

    • Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.




Qualifications



  • BSc in Engineering, Law, and other social sciences or a related field

  • Professional certifications in HSE or Occupational Health

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
