Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and potential clients.
- Drive service-based sales, focusing on solution-selling and value proposition communication.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize profit while meeting client needs.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions, enhancing the overall client experience.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve area sales goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed of competitor activities and service offerings.
- Develop insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track and analyze sales metrics, generating regular reports on performance and forecasts.
- Provide insights to senior management on market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees in any Science subject
- 2 - 3 years relevant work experience as an Assistant/Area manager in the sales of OTC / ETHICAL products.
- Very good knowledge of institutions and hospitals and distributor marketing & selling.
