Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager who will be responsible for building management

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are safe and well functioning.


• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations


• Visting of construction sites to ensure things are going smoothly


• Act as point of contact to tenant's for complaints & corrections


• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in any related fied


• 1- 2 years working experience in related roles.
