We are seeking a proactive and motivated NYSC member to join our team as a Business Development Intern. In this role, you will support the Business Development team in driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with strategic client acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in business strategy, client management, and sales development, with opportunities for learning and professional growth.


Salary: 50,000


Location: Magodo, Lagos 

Industry: IT Consulting


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Business Development team in identifying and generating new business leads.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  • Support in drafting proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.

  • Help maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business growth strategies.

  • Track business development metrics, reporting on weekly and monthly progress.

  • Attend and assist in business meetings, and follow up on client requests and deliverables.

  • Participate in networking events and represent the company professionally.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.


Qualifications:



  • Current NYSC member looking for a PPA or currently posted.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
