Job Summary:



  • We're seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.


Key Responsibilities:


Front Office:



  • Supervise front desk staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key card issues.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor and control room inventory, rates, and availability.

  • Assist with group bookings, events, and conference arrangements.


Housekeeping:



  • Oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring clean and well-maintained rooms.

  • Monitor room status, linen, and amenities.

  • Ensure timely completion of room cleaning and preparation.

  • Conduct regular room inspections.


Food and Beverage:



  • Supervise F&B staff, ensuring efficient service and quality.

  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


General:



  • Assist with employee training, development, and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Monitor and control labor costs, overtime, and scheduling.

  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Participate in meetings, briefings, and training sessions.

  • Handle emergency situations, such as evacuations or medical emergencies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of hotel supervision experience.

  • Hospitality degree or certification (e.g., Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Proficient in hotel software (e.g., PMS, POS).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.


Desirable Skills:



  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and cultural practices.

  • Language proficiency (additional languages).

  • Certification in hospitality or customer service.

  • Experience with quality assurance programs.
