Responsibilities

Your Job Responsibilities would include:



  • Assist in responding to message on Social media platforms: Instagram and whatsapp

  • Help customers resolve issues they are having

  • Confirm customer payments and orders and send order to kitchen

  • Give enough information to customers about wherelse.ng to persuade customer to buy

  • Cross-sell available meals to customers

  • Liase with Kitchen to know what meals are available at all times.

  • Follow up with logistics to confirm if meals have been delivered to the customer.

  • Give customer feedback on customer's order status.


Requirements

The appropriate candidate:



  • Should have at least one (1) year experience in any food related company.

  • Should possess excellent reading, writing and comminucation skills

  • Should possess empathy,patience.

  • Should be attentive to details.

  • Should be living close to Apara link road, Mgbuoba, Portharcourt

  • Should be ready to take up bigger roles in future.

  • Should be ready to start work immediately.


Salary and Benefits



  • N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.

  • After the first 3 months, entitled to Incentives
