Position Overview:


Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced proactive Personal Assistant to support both professional and personal tasks. This role will involve administrative duties and handling personal errands to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.

  • Handle office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.

  • Handle various personal tasks as requested, ensuring discretion and efficiency.

  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Ensure all action items are tracked, followed up on, and completed in a timely manner.

  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming requests and determining urgency.

  • Assist in any ad hoc projects or tasks that may arise.

  • Handle minor financial tasks such as paying bills and managing expenses.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, when necessary.


Salary: ₦200,00
