Sales & Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of BVCL services across target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including direct marketing, networking, and partnerships.
- Actively pursue prospective clients and convert them into loyal customers by pitching BVCL’s services.
- Manage sales pipelines, follow up with leads, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Utilize social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing methods to promote services.
Client Experience Management
- Fulfill client orders and deliver exceptional service across all product lines.
- Ensure every interaction with BVCL leaves clients feeling valued and satisfied.
- Oversee the delivery of the BVCL vision, “You want it, we source it, you enjoy it,” for each customer.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Product & Service Expertise
- Familiarize yourself with BVCL’s portfolio of services, including:
- Airport protocol and travel services.
- Christmas hampers and holiday gifting.
- Property concierge services.
- Corporate concierge solutions.
- Membership programs and benefits.
- Be proactive in recommending services based on client needs to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.
Revenue Generation
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure services are delivered profitably by managing costs and maximizing the value provided to clients.
- Collaborate with management to identify new revenue opportunities and improve service delivery.
Flexibility & Customer Focus
- Be adaptable in your approach to meeting the varied needs of VIP clients.
- Place the customer first in all interactions while maintaining a balance between excellent service and profitability.
- Embrace challenges and provide creative solutions to meet unique client requests.
Business Development
- Generate awareness through varied and innovative social media postings.
- Target direct marketing of BVCL products to prospects and potentials
- Generate leads and create comprehensive list of prospects - corporate and individuals for targeted direct marketing with constant refresh of the list for ongoing sales pipeline
- Seasonal Product promotions and campaigns e.g. Christmas hampers – ensuring to promote the products and secure order
- Secure meetings with decision makers for presentation by BVCL
